Ambra Nava - Digital systems and e-commerce operations portfolio

About

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a strong focus on research methods, data analysis, and structured problem-solving. My work combines quantitative and qualitative analytical approaches with an interest in understanding complex systems, user behavior, and data-driven processes in both academic and applied contexts.

During my studies, I developed experience in designing research studies, collecting and analyzing data, and interpreting results across different domains, including surveys, interviews, and statistical analysis. I have worked with both structured and unstructured data, and I am familiar with the full workflow from data collection to analysis and reporting.

I have technical experience with tools such as Python, R, Stata, SPSS, and Excel, which I have used for data cleaning, exploratory analysis, and structured reporting.

Alongside my research background, I have developed growing experience and interest in ecommerce systems, product data structures, and digital operations. My current focus is on applying analytical and systems-oriented thinking to ecommerce environments, particularly in areas such as catalog structure, data quality, and workflow optimization.
